Service Delivery
Consulting & Audits: Upon purchase, a representative will contact you within 2 business days to schedule your initial discovery call or audit date.
Mentorship Subscriptions: Access to mentorship materials and scheduling links is provided immediately via email upon successful payment.
Bootcamps: Enrollment is confirmed immediately. Course materials and session links are sent 7 days prior to the start date of your specific cohort.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Audits: Cancellations made 7+ days before the scheduled audit are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 20% administrative fee.
Mentorships: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided.
Bootcamps: Full refunds are available up to 14 days before the bootcamp start date. No refunds are provided after the program has commenced.
